Christian coaching is unique in a number of ways:

1. God, Jesus Christ is at the core of who we are. Therefore, He is the guide for all our coaching work. What we believe influences who we are, and that in turn impacts everything we do.
2. As a coach we, rarely advise someone or tell them what to do. Instead we encourage them to set their own goals and directions, crystallize their own visions, and formulate their own mission statements and plans of actions. Ultimately, however, I coach people to become fully devoted to Jesus Christ.
3. As your coach, I pray regularly for you and may discuss spiritual matters with you.

Christian Coaching Workshop for Couples:

This specialized program is to help Christian couples intensively explore the role of money in their lives. This three day workshop gets you away from your daily routine and stress and allows you to focus on creating an intimate marriage that is fulfilling and glorifying to God.

This workshop and Coaching Program attaches God’s vital healing and truth to your lives. After all, it’s really not (just) about the money, but about the heart God has given you. He longs for you to live His abundant life.

Common problems around money in relationships:

The Bible is a blueprint for living and offers a clear guide for handling our money. This workshop benefits couples who already have completed an in depth study about God's word and money. You have knowledge and awareness of God's truth regarding money but may have difficulty living out that truth in your marriage. This workshop coaches you to bring your mind and heart together by renewing your mind (Romans 12:2). We ask God to help you:

What we think and feel about money effects how we handle our money. In turn, this affects our fellowship with the Lord. In Luke 16:11, we read, “If therefore you have not been faithful in the use of worldly wealth, who will entrust the true riches to you?” Jesus equates how we handle money with the quality of our spiritual life.

Many people are uncomfortable talking about money. They have trouble dealing with money objectively and productively. For many, it tends to be more difficult to talk about money without getting irrational and upset, than to talk about sex or childhood trauma

Couples tend to polarize into oppositional attitudes and behaviors about money and attack each other for their differences. If one thought money was the key to love and happiness, the other considered it a source of corruption and suffering. If one wanted to put their money in joint accounts, the other wanted to keep in separate. If one wanted to save the other spends. This program can help understand your differences and find healthy ways to resolve them.

Outcomes of this program:

The workshop is held at a relaxing Bed and Breakfast or retreat center. There are only four Christian couples at each workshop to allow for a more personalized and intimate discovery period.

Small Group Coaching offers the opportunity to learn from others and creates safe,  rich conversations for lasting change. The Lord has created us to live a life dependent upon Him and others (Ecclesiastes 4:12). Prayer, presentations, small group and couples activities to include experiential, adventure type processes will all be included. Equine assisted learning, the climbing wall or low level challenge course experiences help you distinctly incorporate and internalize your learning. Experience a more authentic and fulfilling life.
